Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Mercyhurst College and has been in the architectural and design industry for 31 years. Karen is a highly motivated sales and design professional with a strong desire to succeed. She takes great pride in the relationships and expertise that she has cultivated in the industry. Karen joined TMG Associates October 2017 as a partner and is currently the Principal and Sole Owner of the company. She is working toward becoming a Small Women Owned Business. TMG Associates, an Interior Design and Procurement Firm that is also a multi-line manufacturers rep group that supplies interior solutions to the hospitality and corporate office industries. Her diverse background has embodied her to manage large projects across the United States, which has led her to where she is today as an owner in her own company.

Karen was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa where she currently resides with her two sheepdogs Jaxson and Loki . Her hobbies include competitive masters rowing, snow skiing, running and weightlifting. She loves good wine, entertaining and cooking.

Terry brings over 36 years of experience within the architecture, interior design, and procurement profession to TMG Associates, Inc. and focused nearly 23 years on hospitality interior design. For over two decades, he has successfully managed all phases of projects by working closely with designers, architects, contractors, and developers. As a former Principal/ Owner of CUMBERLEDGE DESIGN group, and now as the Director of Design and Project Management, Terry provides creative and studio direction, team leadership and production organization as well as a commitment to meeting and exceeding all of the client’s expectations.

 Terry and his wife Karen have been married for over 41 years and their family has always consisted of four legged furry kids. He enjoys cooking, baking bread, entertaining and Civil War Living History.
